Fine art from local artists, delicious and stunning bites from award winning chefs and wine cultivated in the heart of VA wine country - all come together for a perfect night to SAVOR the MOMENT!! Loudoun Cares 5th Annual Art Auction will take place on Saturday, October 14th at the CIT Building in Herndon, VA and we need your help to make sure the event is a success.
We are looking for volunteers to join us for the evening and help in a number of areas, from parking attendants, food service and clearing, guest check-in and assistance and bar service (All volunteers asked to do bar service will be subject to an ID check to ensure 21+ age group).
Volunteers should plan to arrive promptly at 4:00pm to grab a bite to eat before the event starts, get to know your fellow volunteers and have a quick orientation meeting before the event kicks off with a VIP hour at 5:00pm. All volunteers should plan to arrive dressed in all black (shirt/slacks/dress/skirt/etc). Food, drinks and breaks will be available throughout the night, as we realize this is a long volunteer shift. We promise it will be fun and the time will fly by.
