Pumpkins For Pigs Foundation (PFPF) is a 501.3c focused on reducing food waste in local communities across the US.
PFPF started in 2017 with 10 donation sites in Loudoun County with the aim of reducing food waste one pumpkin at a time. Through conversations with donation sites, donors and others, it was clear there was a need and a desire for these services. With each passing year, the list of accepted items expanded. Today, we serve over 500 communities in over 40 states -- 150+ here in Virginia alone. With a conservative estimate of over 700 tons diverted in 2022, we are just getting started and see enormous opportunity to further our impact.
While scrappy to-date, we need to level up to take it to the next level. (Note: Logo, color pallet, topography in place & resonating with donation sites and donators).
