General Duties:
- Live attendance to and written recording of all meetings and actions items
- Develop & maintain electronic file structures/standards
- Develop & maintain schedule of events including monthly BoD meetings, key fundraising dates, etc.
- Support fundraising efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills for documentation and record-keeping
- Basic computer skills
Tools: Experience with Google Docs a plus (easy to learn)
Term: Immediately through December 2024 (next meeting in Oct 2023)
Est. Monthly Hours - 2-4 hours per month average
Location: Hybrid - Loudoun County in person / virtual as appropriate
