Loudoun Cares is hosting their 4th Annual Art Auction, on October 15th, 2022. The event will be held at the Center for Innovative Technology (2214 Rock Hill Road, Herndon, VA 20170). We need volunteers to assist in all areas. We will have positions available with parking, greeters, check-in, floating, food & beverage and more. We ask you sign up and we will place you in a role when you arrive. Alcohol will be served at the event, but volunteers between the age of 16-18 will be used in other areas. Adult volunteers needed to assist with service of food/beverage. Dress code should be black pants/skirt and black or white top. Please arrive by 4:30pm to ensure that you have time to meet with Jenny and to be assigned a role, review details and get set up before guests begin to arrive. Volunteers should follow signs for parking, take the elevator up and meet with Jenny in the lobby upon arrival. THANKS!!
