Looking for folks to help with registration, working the event, and checking auction winners out. 

Times 5pm-9:30pm (please arrive by 4:45 for station assignment and instructions)

Registration Desk - check folks in when they arrive, assign bidding paddles, hand out tickets. 

Raffle/Door Prizes Station - help to sell raffle tickets to the 50/50 raffle as well as give out tickets for door prizes

Work event - help folks with used plates/glasses/and help to change out trash bags

Check out - at the end of the night help auction winners out with their purchases. 

We ask that you wear black pants or skirts with white dress shirt/blouse. Sneakers are acceptable.
