EquallyAble's Walk4Inclusion 2026, taking place this Sunday, April 12 at Fairfax Corner (11895 Grand Commons Ave, Fairfax, VA 22030).
Walk4Inclusion is a community event that brings together people of all abilities to promote dignity, access, and opportunity for individuals with disabilities. This year marks EquallyAble's 25th anniversary, making it an especially meaningful occasion.
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the event a success. In exchange, volunteers will receive:
- Documented community service / volunteer hours
- Complimentary breakfast
The event kicks off at 9:00 AM with a timed 5K, followed by an untimed 1K Fun Run at 10:00 AM, designed specifically for children with disabilities and their families. Volunteers need to on-site at 8 am to 12 pm.
