We are seeking a Nonprofit Strategy & Operations Mentor to support the thoughtful growth and sustainability of our wellness-in-nature focused nonprofit. This role is ideal for someone who brings experience in nonprofit leadership. Experience in operations, systems-building, and organizational strategy is desired—and someone who is drawn to work that centers well-being, community, and care. As a mentor, you will serve as a trusted thought partner to leadership, offering guidance as we strengthen internal systems, refine strategy, and build a resilient organization that can support meaningful, heart-centered programs in the community.

Depending on your interests and expertise, support may include:

  • Advising on nonprofit operations, systems, and workflows
  • Strategic planning and organizational development
  • Scaling programs sustainably while avoiding burnout
  • Clarifying roles, staffing models, and governance practices
  • Supporting leadership decision-making during growth phases
  • Offering perspective grounded in nonprofit best practices and lived experience

This is not a hands-on management role, but a mentorship and advisory relationship rooted in listening, reflection, and practical wisdom.
