Who We Are

Our Mission

To provide inclusive, holistic wellness experiences primarily in nature. Events are designed to enhance participants' mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through nature immersion, we nurture the awareness of and connection to all beings to cultivate a healthier earth. 

Our intention is to make wellness accessible. We create inclusive spaces where people can connect, increasing understanding and empathy. These connections help build relationships that positively impact individuals, families, the community, and the world.

What We Do

Offerings:

Wellness Outdoor Adventures:

Mindful Hikes, walks, cycling, kayaking

Holistic Practices in Nature:

  • Forest therapy
  • sound bath immersions
  • mindful movement/yoga
  • breathwork
  • meditation

Wellness Overnights:

Retreats, camping, backpacking, bikepacking

Virtual Gatherings:

  • Meditation
  • yoga
  • book clubs
  • mindful art
  • wellness workshops

Outreach: 

  • Nature experiences brought directly to people who are unable to attend our events, such as residents of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
  • Wellness events for community service providers, such as library staff and teachers
