Who We Are

Imagine Well Being (IWB) was originally conceived in 2011 as a service project to address the personal, social and spiritual needs of individuals and families in the Northern Virginia region.
Ongoing research suggests that yoga, meditation, mindfulness, nature immersion experiences and supportive community are beneficial in reducing stress.

The vision of IWB:
Imagine Well Being envisions a world where well-being is available to everyone.
The Mission:
Imagine Well Being offers evidence-based well-being education and practices in a free and
public forum, built on values of compassion and service.

Imagine Well Being bases its offerings on the scientific knowledge base provided by the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NIH).
