On Sunday, May 4, 2025, the Dulles Greenway will host its fifth annual 5K,10K and Kids Fun Run race, Run the Greenway. The family friendly race is the only time the region’s commuters can legally speed on the roadway. This annual event helps support Loudoun County Public Schools' Physical Education departments, inspires kids to get active, and raises funds for participating Loudoun County nonprofit organizations.
20 total volunteers are needed to help set-up water stations for participating racers! Volunteers will work in hand with Greenway's PR staff to hand out waters to participants at different points throughout the race, as well as stock post-race refreshment tables with waters and snacks for participants to grab-and-go when they finish their race.
All Volunteers will receive a Run the Greenway t-shirt for their support!
