The Foster Youth we serve through the Department of Health and Human Services are in need of laptops (not Chromebooks) to further their ability to apply for jobs and internships, take certification and educational courses, apply to colleges, and have greater access to resources.
If you - or your organization - are interested in donating new or used laptops to Vine and Fig Tree, please email our Director of Community Development, Jen Pool, at jpool@vandft.org. We will coordinate a time to pick-up the laptop(s) from you at your location, or at a location of your choosing.
If you're an individual, we'll gladly wipe and reset the laptop for you. If you're an organization that is aging out your laptops from your employees, please let us know as this is a great way to invest back into your local community and lighten the storage load of your IT department.
