Come volunteer with NAMI Northern Virginia during our Annual Walk 2022!
NAMIWalks Your Way Northern Virginia will be on Saturday October 8th, 2022 at The Plaza at Tysons Corner Center from 8 am to 12 pm. Interested in helping out as a volunteer for NAMIWalks Your Way Northern Virginia 2022? We are in search of volunteers willing to help with set up, break down, directing walkers, and more!
From set up to break down, this event will take place from 6 am to 2 pm and we are looking for volunteers available during the following time slots (you can volunteer for more than one!):
- 6 am - 8 am: Set up of tables, chairs, tents, walk route signs, directional signs, parking signs, etc.
- 8 am - 9 am: Welcome, take team pictures
- 9 am - 11:30 am: Start of start line with flag, Walk route control/cheering,
- 11:30 am - 2 pm: Break down of tables, chairs and tents, collect walk route signs
