We are a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering and improving the lives of people facing cognitive, physical, emotional and psychological challenges through the benefits of equine-assisted activities and therapies.
- Participate in developing and implementing a strategic plan for Loudoun Therapeutic Riding's bright future.
- Evaluate organization program priorities and advance our ability to meet participant needs
- Promote Loudoun Therapeutic Riding to the general public, including serving as an emissary and advocate of the organization to the community
- Provide professional guidance and oversight of Loudoun Therapeutic Riding's operations
- Aid in the acquisition of new and meaningful resources for Loudoun Therapeutic Riding to fulfill its mission
- Monitor and guide the executive leadership to meet high performance standards.
- Ethically respond to all matters concerning Loudoun Therapeutic Riding
