JDRF One Walk is a fun, family-friendly event where dedicated walkers, volunteers and sponsors raise money to make living with T1D safer and healthier—until it is no longer a threat. As the largest T1D event in the world, it's also an amazing experience to be a part of. We know you want to make a cure a reality too—we can't do it without your help!
JDRF One Walk, Loudoun County, VA will be held on Sunday, April 29 at Brambleton Town Center. Volunteers are needed throughout the morning to welcome walkers, teams, and families, provide guidance, and help the event run smoothly. We could not put on events like this without people like you!
Will you join us and help make a difference in the community?
JDRF is the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. Our strength lies in our exclusive focus and singular influence on the worldwide effort to end T1D. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease that strikes both children and adults suddenly. It has nothing to do with diet or lifestyle. There is nothing you can do to prevent it. And, at present, there is no cure.
