Interested in ecology and gaining field work experience? As a new citizen science activity at Fox Haven, this summer we will be participating in the University of Minnesota's Monarch Larva Monitoring Project (http://monarchlab.org/mlmp). We seek a volunteer who can come one day a week (starting in mid-June) to monitor milkweeds in one of our fields and record the presence of monarch eggs/caterpillars.
Volunteer should be comfortable with doing outdoor field work in hot weather. Data sheets will be provided.
