Our Vision: LVC envisions a community where older homebound adults and adults with disabilities live with dignity, independence, and community connection. Through the power of caring volunteers, we will cultivate a community where neighbors support neighbors, and every individual feels valued and included.
Our Core Values: We serve with compassion, honoring the dignity of every individual through empathy and kindness. We build community by fostering meaningful connections among volunteers, care receivers, and partners to strengthen Loudoun County. With a commitment to integrity, we act ethically, transparently, and responsibly in all decisions. We demonstrate respect by valuing diversity and ensuring fairness and inclusion for all. Through dedicated service, we improve lives through volunteerism and advocacy, and through collaboration, we unite board, staff, volunteers, and community to achieve shared goals.
Our services are made possible by cultivating strong community partnerships. LVC partners with organizations across the county to broaden our impact. Loudoun Hunger Relief, Dulles South Food Pantry, Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Social Security Administration, Dulles Area Transportation Association (DATA), and the Loudoun Human Services Network are a few of the collaborative partnerships that help us deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.
