Hattingh Equine Rescue & Rehab Inc. is seeking a passionate volunteer who loves horses and wants to make a real difference in their lives. We are looking for a Fundraising & Development Coordinator to help grow the financial support that allows us to rescue, rehabilitate, and care for horses in need.
Responsibilities would include:
• Help develop and organize fundraising campaigns
• Assist with grant research and applications
• Create sponsorship opportunities for rescued horses
• Coordinate fundraising events (online or local)
• Help build relationships with donors and supporters
• Assist with creative ideas to grow donations and community support
Ideal Candidate:
• Loves horses and believes in rescue work
• Experience with fundraising, nonprofit development, or events (preferred)
• Creative thinker who enjoys coming up with new ideas
• Comfortable reaching out to businesses or donors
• Social media or marketing experience is a bonus
