Lunch Option Lunch is available daily for $5 per person. Be sure to complete the lunch form so we can reserve your meal on your volunteer days. (See below)
Volunteer Tips: • Arrive Early – Traffic can back up for an hour. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your shift. • Check In/Out – Each department tracks volunteer hours. Ask your department head where to sign in/out. If you signed up through the Loudoun Cares portal, check in/out at the Information & Registration Desk in Sykes Hall. You’ll also receive an apron (please return it at sign-out). • Dress Appropriately – The event takes place at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds. Some departments are outdoors, so dress for the weather, wear layers, and choose comfortable closed-toe shoes. • Be Prepared – Bring a water bottle, wear sunscreen, SIGN UP FOR LUNCH when you receive the link before the event, stay engaged, and most importantly—HAVE FUN!
