We need volunteers to make this year’s event a success! You can sign up for as many shifts as you’d like. Feel free to try different departments, but please stick with one department per day.

Lunch
Option
Lunch is available daily for $5 per person. Be sure to complete the
lunch form so we can reserve your meal for your volunteer days.

Volunteer Tips:
- Arrive Early – Traffic can back up for an hour. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your shift.
- Check In/Out – Each department tracks volunteer hours. Ask your department head where to sign in/out. If you signed up through the Loudoun Cares portal, check in/out at the Information & Registration Desk in Sykes Hall. You’ll also receive an apron (please return it at sign-out).
- Dress Appropriately – The event takes place at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds. Some departments are outdoors, so dress for the weather, wear layers, and choose comfortable closed-toe shoes.
- Be Prepared – Bring a water bottle, wear sunscreen, SIGN UP FOR LUNCH when you receive the link before the event, stay engaged, and most importantly—HAVE FUN!
