The Northern Virginia Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program needs volunteer advocates in Loudoun County who are empathetic, diplomatic, assertive and skilled communicators to:
- Visit local nursing and assisted living facilities
- Work to protect resident rights and help to resolve problems
- Dedicate three to four hours/week for one year
- Receive on-going training and supportÂ
