The Loudoun Cares Outstanding Volunteer Awards is an annual event that recognizes the good work of our Loudoun County Volunteers. As part of the guest experience team, you'll help bring Loudoun County's premier volunteer celebration to life from the first hello to the final goodbye. Check-in volunteers serve as the welcoming face of the evening — using our tablet-based system to check-in guests, distributing name tags and programs, and making sure every arrival feels seamless and warm. Wine service volunteers (must be 21+) keep the evening flowing with professional beverage service, managing stations, restocking throughout the ceremony, and ensuring a polished experience for every guest. Both roles assist with setup before doors open and light breakdown after the ceremony wraps. All equipment and training are provided — we're just looking for people who are friendly, reliable, and ready to help make the night memorable.
