Food Drive

Lend a Hand, Feed a Neighbor: Evening Volunteer Opportunity! Volunteers are needed to help with an evening food donation drop-off and transport event. We will begin by meeting at Congregation Beth Emeth (12523 Lawyers Road, Herndon, VA 20171) at 5:30 p.m. to load food donations into a Cornerstones van. Around 6:50 p.m., volunteers will follow the van to the FREE from Hunger Center (Food Hub) located at 22560 Glenn Drive, Unit 105, Sterling, VA 20164, where we will unload all the collected items. Please note that this activity takes place outdoors, so volunteers should dress appropriately for the weather. Ages 16 and up. Please register through VolunteerHub by creating an account and then signing up for the event. Individual registration is required to ensure that all volunteers review our essential statements and provide emergency contact information.
