The FLCAS is an independent 501(c)(3) all-volunteer organization, and is not a part of the Loudoun County government or Loudoun County Animal Services.
What We Do
FLCAS is a nonprofit, independent animal welfare organization dedicated to raising funds for, and providing support to, the animals and programs of Loudoun County Animal Services (LCAS).
