Who We Are
SENIORS THRIVING AT HOME (STAH) is a diverse group of individuals residing in Loudoun Valley. Its members are developing an energetic social network, augmented with practical support and resources, to enable independent, vibrant living while remaining in their homes throughout their encore years.
Our vision is to promote a redefinition of aging as a time filled with purpose and dignity. We hope to become a model for successful independent living in the Loudoun Valley.
What We Do
Affiliated with the national Village to Village Movement (VtVNetwork.org), STAH seeks to promote aging with purpose through:
- Self help and volunteer opportunities;
- Educational social activities; and,
- Timely information/referral services.
