Who We Are
Rahul and Varun are experienced, ACS LION–certified care navigators who have helped many older adults and their families work through complex healthcare challenges. They both grew up in Northern Virginia and have deep roots in the community, which means they understand the local hospitals, doctors, and resources and care personally about the seniors they serve.
What We Do
CareSync Health walks alongside older adults and their families as a steady partner in a confusing healthcare system, offering calm, human support when things feel overwhelming. Our dedicated care navigators get to know each person’s story, listen to their worries, and help turn scattered appointments, complex medications, and insurance confusion into a clear, manageable plan. We coordinate with doctors, schedule and track visits, follow up after hospitalizations, and help families understand what’s happening and what comes next, so no one feels like they’re facing the system alone.
