Who We Are
We are a nonprofit 501c3 organization. Our mission is to drive holistic transition strategies that will promote healing and transition individuals to better health, affordable housing opportunities and boost economic development within communities. Through programs structured in specific categories to service and assist; senior adults 55 years and older, unsheltered individuals and families, Veterans, low income and credit challenged individuals.
What We Do
We provide services and programs for ending chronic homelessness, mental illness, and affordable housing.
