Windy Hill Foundation

Mission: Windy Hill Foundation provides safe, decent, and affordable housing
to low- and lower- income individuals and families, including older adults,
in Loudoun and Fauquier Counties, while also encouraging
self-improvement and self-sufficiency among its residents.

We provide secure, comfortable, and energy-efficient homes to low-income families, seniors, and those with disabilities. Our properties vary from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom single-family homes at rental rates that are well below the average in our area. Many of our properties are Federally-subsidized and can only be rented to families who fall under a certain annual income. Windy Hill has 310 units of housing across Loudoun and Fauquier counties.

Windy Hill is not just about affordable housing.

We also provide on-site programs to residents, and partner with local organizations to meet our residents’ needs. Our programs focus on four key outcome areas" Health/Nutrition, Education, Financial Literacy and Community Engagement.
