Town of Purcellville

The Purcellville Parks & Recreation Department provides events and activities year round including: Celebrate Purcellville, monthly nature walks, Purcellville Bike and Safety Day, Purcellville Music and Arts Festival, Purcellville Non-Profit Expo, Purcellville Wine and Food Festival, Memorial Day Ceremony, Independence Day Parade, The Town of Purcellville’s Annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony, and various activities to celebrate Holidays in Purcellville.

The Purcellville Parks & Recreation Department provides activities year-round to town residents and visitors. We receive support from the The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board (PRAB). PRAB’s primary duty is to serve as the coordinating and reviewing body of the Town for matters related to parks, sidewalks, trails and recreational facilities and activities in and adjacent to the Town limits. The Committee has been working on fulfilling the Bike and Pedestrian Mobility Plan which would connect sidewalks throughout the Town.
