Krops for Kids

Krops for Kids is a non-profit organization that is striving to eliminate hunger and food wastage in Northern Virginia. Krops for Kids specializes in donating Ugly Produce which supplies 20% of food wastage in the United States.

We donate Ugly Produce which supplies 20% of food wastage in the United States. Ugly produce is produce that is thrown away because it doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing. However, it has the same nutritional value as normal produce, and it is often thrown by farms and grocery stores. We wish to help our community and reduce food wastage by donating Ugly Produce to Food Shelters, Food Pantries, Kitchens, ect.
