Boulder Crest Foundation

The Veteran-led Boulder Crest Foundation uses the proven science of Posttraumatic Growth to heal, train, and advocate for combat veterans, first responders, and their families who have experienced trauma. We develop, deliver, and scale transformative programs to ensure these remarkable men and women transform struggle into strength and lifelong growth, so they can live the great lives they deserve. More broadly, we are working to drive change across the mental health system, in pursuit of a system that is accessible, effective, and healthy.

Boulder Crest offers two ground-breaking programs to support combat veterans, their families, and first responders. The first is called PATHH, a transformative, lifelong, Posttraumatic Growth-based training program for combat veterans and first responders. The training begins with a 7-day on-site initiation that is followed by 18 months of training delivered by our instructors through our myPATHH platform. Warrior PATHH enables these remarkable men and women to transform times of deep struggle into profound strength and growth. All Warrior PATHH instructors have walked this road from struggle to strength, and the blended team of trained combat veterans and civilians leverage their own experiences to guide attendees.

Boulder Crest additionally offers Rest & Reconnection Stays. At Boulder Crest, we consider every member of a combat veteran's family to be a hero. Each member of these families makes considerable sacrifices in support of our nation's military and the freedoms that we all cherish. To that end, we focus our programs on the entire family, in recognition of the stresses and challenges caused by lengthy deployments and the visible and invisible wounds of war. Combat veterans and their families are able to stay, for free, for 2-7 nights. Each family is eligible for one stay every other calendar year. Reservations open four months in advance for booking, and are released on the final working day of each month.
