Volunteer: Volunteer Advocates Needed!

The Northern Virginia Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program needs volunteer advocates in Loudoun County who are empathetic, diplomatic, assertive and skilled communicators to:

Visit local nursing and assisted living facilities Work to protect resident rights and help to resolve problems Dedicate three to four hours/week for one year Receive on-going training and supportĀ 

We will be offering a three-day in-person training in October 2023 for potential volunteers. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please call 703-324-5861, or email NVLTCOP@fairfaxcounty.gov.
