We provide you the training and experience - you provide the passion. Training is intensive, 1 year and we ask for at least a two-year commitment. But in a year from now you could be a Nationally registered EMT. Take advantage of our offer to provide you free training and experience and we'll utilize your enthusiasm to emergency response. All applicants must pass a background check and a physical that we provide at no cost to you. Loudoun County has multiple EMS station in the community. We'll find you a station close to your home so you can give back directly to your neighbors. Volunteers must be 18 years old to sit for the test but can affiliate at the age of 16. We have 1 station in Eastern and Western Loudoun that accepts 14 -18 year olds as EMS Explorers.
