Volunteers will help people bid for the silent auction and then support the paddle raise by spotting bidders. Volunteers will receive instruction on how to assist guests with bidding on auction items.

Volunteers will help set up the registration area and will receive instruction on how to check in for auction bidding and paddle assignments and check out for prize collection.

Volunteers will work with the HomeAid team to unpack event materials & set the stage for a great day. Tasks include helping to set up the signage, registration, auction items, table settings, decorations, and making sure everything is ready for the event

Volunteers will greet people, and guide them to registration, restrooms, and coat check; and in general assist with the flow of the gala. After, volunteers will pass out light up necklaces during the paddle raise.

Volunteers will help lighten our load by transporting boxes and decorations from the U-Haul to hotel storage.
