The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing and growing the organization’s online presence through consistent, engaging, and mission-focused communication across social media and email platforms. This role helps increase community awareness, volunteer engagement, donor support, and participation in programs and events. The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with the organization’s Marketing Advisor and leadership team to identify communication priorities, highlight organizational impact, and promote current needs, services, events, and success stories. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and publish social media content several times per week across: Develop and distribute email blasts and digital communications Promote organizational programs, donation needs, volunteer opportunities, events, sponsorships, and community partnerships Highlight success stories, impact updates, and recipient gratitude Coordinate with the Marketing Advisor to determine communication priorities and campaign needs Maintain a consistent brand voice and positive public image Assist with event promotion before, during, and after events Respond to basic social media inquiries and direct messages as assigned Monitor engagement and help grow audience reach and community interaction Ensure content is professional, accurate, and aligned with organizational values

Together, we’ll ensure that every child we serve receives clean, well-fitting, and season-appropriate clothing—packed with care and dignity.
