Join our inclusive farming community at A Farm Less Ordinary to help us cultivate a high-quality crop while providing meaningful employment for people with IDCD. Volunteers will assist with essential tasks like weeding, planting, mulching and organic field maintenance to ensure our produce thrives. It’s a rewarding, hands-on way to support local agriculture and foster an empowered, integrated workforce in Loudoun County. WEEKDAYS ONLY. CLOSED ON FEDERAL HOLIDAYS.
