We have new & gently worn dresses available to select from on Saturday, September 18th from 12-4 pm at Rust Library, 380 Old Waterford Rd., NW, Leesburg, VA 20176. *
Two dresses free to take home per teen. No appointment or reservations needed. No requirements. No admission fee. Dressing rooms are available.
