In honor of 9/11 Day of Service, we will be hosting a Blessing Bag project to benefit homeless veterans. Let's brighten their day with our "Blessing Bag" :)
COVID GUIDELINES:
All volunteers are REQUIRED to follow all the guidelines below to participate in this project:
- Due to social distancing regulations, parents are asked to drop off (5pm)/pick up(6pm) their kids PROMPTLY at the specified times.
- All volunteers are required to wear masks and gloves at ALL times!
- The temperatures of each volunteer will be checked before starting the project.
- There is no access to restrooms or water fountains at the location. Please feel free to bring your own water bottle.
- All volunteers are required to sign a liability waiver & photo release form (will be emailed!)
- Rain Date: Sunday, September 13th 9am-10am (Same location)!
VOLUNTEER HOURS:
- Volunteers assembling care packages will be receiving 1 hour of community service (ONLY the 15 youth volunteers who had signed up to assemble care packages are allowed inside the facility)
- We will also provide 30 minutes for donation items (X number of items = X number of hours, such as 1 slot = 30 minutes)
Those who have signed up to donate items, please drop them off by September 11th.
