Who We Are

The JK Community Farm is a nonprofit, regenerative farm dedicated to improving food access and nutrition security for families facing food insecurity. Through sustainable farming practices, we grow and donate fresh, organic produce and protein to local food banks and hunger relief organizations, ensuring that everyone has access to healthy, nutrient-dense meals.

Located in Purcellville, our farm is powered by volunteers, community partners, and a shared commitment to sustainability. By practicing regenerative agriculture, we not only cultivate fresh food but also restore soil health, improve biodiversity, and reduce environmental impact.

Since our founding, JK Community Farm has donated over 1 million pounds of fresh produce and protein, transforming the way our community fights hunger. Through educational programs, hands-on volunteer experiences, and sustainable farming initiatives, we empower individuals and organizations to be part of the solution.

Our Mission

To improve access to fresh, nutritious food for families in need while fostering a sustainable food system through regenerative agriculture and community engagement.

What We Grow

We cultivate a variety of nutrient-rich vegetables, fruits, and protein sources—all grown with regenerative practices that enrich the land and nourish our community.

How You Can Get Involved

  • Volunteer: Help plant, harvest, and distribute food to those in need.

Together, we are growing a stronger, healthier, and more food-secure community.

What We Do

At JK Community Farm, we are committed to fighting food insecurity by growing and donating fresh, chemical-free produce and protein to local food pantries and hunger relief organizations.  Through regenerative agriculture, we cultivate nutrient-dense food while restoring soil health, improving biodiversity, and reducing environmental impact.

How We Make an Impact

 Grow & Donate Fresh Food
We plant, harvest, and distribute a variety of chemical-free vegetables, fruits, and protein sources to ensure families in need have access to healthy, locally grown food.

 Regenerative Agriculture
We use sustainable farming practices that rebuild soil health, increase biodiversity, and improve water retention, creating a healthier environment while producing nutrient-rich crops.

 Volunteer & Community Engagement
Each year, we welcome thousands of volunteers who help with farming tasks, learn about food insecurity, and become active participants in creating a more equitable food system.

 Educational Programs
We offer hands-on learning opportunities to teach students, families, and community members about nutrition, sustainable farming, and food justice, inspiring future generations to be part of the solution.

By combining farming, education, and community partnerships, we are growing a healthier, more food-secure future for all.
