Loudoun Career Fire Fighters Foundation

The Loudoun Career Firefighters Association represents over 600 career Firefighters, Public Safety Communicators, and Fire Marshals, both active and retired. IAFF Local 3756 was chartered on April 4th, 1997 with 17 charter members, many of whom were part of the original 12 career staff hired by our Department in 1989. These twelve are affectionately known as “The Dirty Dozen”.

Local 3756 is one of the largest IAFF Locals in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is committed to representing our membership at the State and Local level. Along with fighting for comparable pay, benefits, and working conditions for our members, Local 3756 stays active in the community. You will see our members supporting events throughout Loudoun County and helping other local non-profits. The LCFFA is proud to serve our members and protect our citizens
