Looking for a job can be an overwhelming and discouraging experience, particularly if your work history has gaps, your living situation is precarious or if you are changing career directions. Often the most important step in finding and securing a job is putting together a plan and having someone there to help you see it through.  Crossroads Jobs offers that support but goes beyond that by contacting local businesses for job openings in order to connect our applicants directly to employers for current and appropriate employment possibilities.  We get to know our applicants strengths and abilities and, at the same time, cultivate ongoing relationships with businesses in the area, saving applicants and employers’ time and energy.  It is important to note that we are a free service for both applicants and employers.

Crossroads Jobs is a free employment service, connecting capable applicants with marketplace jobs. Job applicants are required to participate in a week-long series of interviews and workshops, after which they work with a job counselor to find a suitable job.  Employers are contacted on a regular basis for current job openings.  At Crossroads, we believe there is a job for everyone – it’s just a matter of finding it!
